I’ve been in recruitment for over 20 years—which basically means I’ve survived every hiring trend, buzzword, and boardroom reshuffle going. These days, I help founder-led businesses avoid hiring chaos by introducing fractional CPOs and HR leaders who actually get stuff done. No time-wasters, no jargon-lovers, no “people ninjas.”
One of my biggest strengths? People buy into me. They want to work with me—and enjoy the ride. Some of my closest friends today started out as clients or candidates, which probably says it all.
I like things simple, strategic, and slightly direct. If we work together, expect honesty, laughs, and probably a few strong coffees along the way.
I’m based in Solihull—a leafy, business-savvy town just outside Birmingham. It’s the kind of place where there’s always a good vibe, a decent walk, and no shortage of growing businesses doing exciting things. I work with clients across the UK, but Solihull’s home.
When I’m not matching great people with growing companies, I’m usually booking a holiday, losing a charger, or laughing at my own jokes (someone has to). I’m also still trying to learn Spanish—many years in, and muy lento just about covers it.
